Alfredo or Fettuccine Pasta – Which One is Easier to make?

One is the well-known Alfredo pasta and the second is the world’s widely famous Fettuccini pasta. Though the Alfredo pasta recipe is not much different from the fettuccine pasta recipe, both dishes hold a great variety of tastes and textures.

Recipe for Alfredo Chicken Pasta

A perfect combination of pasta and super juicy chicken, loaded with extremely creamy sauce is a perfect delight to comfort the craving for pasta. It’s very easy to cook. Because it takes no time. To enjoy this absolutely delicious pasta follow the given recipe or instructions.

Ingredients 

The ingredients are very simple. All you need is one packet of pasta, chicken, butter, heavy cream, milk, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, oregano, and Italian seasonings to add some more flavors. 

Recipe 

Boil the pasta in a large pot. Drain thoroughly and wash with cold water. Now take butter in a pan and melt it. Add the garlic and chicken. Fry it until it looks golden. Pour the milk and also add the heavy cream and simmer till the boil. Add salt, white pepper powder, or any other seasonings. Cook till the desired consistency. Now off the flame and pour it on the already boiled pasta. Mix well and cook for two minutes. You can also use various seasonings or chili flakes to spice up. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve. 

Fettuccine Pasta

This long ribbon-shaped pasta holds a special place in Roman cuisines. Because it comprises great versatility in its taste and types of uses. It’s simply prepared with egg and flour. Therefore, it is a highly nutritive and healthy diet. 

Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta Recipe

Ingredients 

To make traditional Fettuccine pasta you need. Fettuccine pasta, butter, heavy cream, milk, garlic, salt, and white pepper powder.

Recipe 

Take water in a large pot and heat it till it boils. Now add the pasta and cook for 3-5 minutes.  Stain hot water. Now take the butter in a pan and melt it. Add the garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper powder. Cook with continuous stirring. Because it will help you to avoid burning or lumps forming. Add half cheese and cook to get a thick consistency. Pour over the pasta. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with remaining cheese and coriander leaves. White pasta sauce is the best replacement for Alfredo sauce to lower the fats.
