How do I renew my CompTIA Security Plus certification credential?
The CompTIA Security+ certification credential is valid for three years from passing the exam. CompTia offers candidates a Continuing Education program to renew certification.
All you have to do is participate in activities, take training on security topics, acquire higher-level certifications, accumulate at least 50 continuing education units (CEUs) in three years, and upload them to your certification account. And Security+ will automatically renew. At least 50% of the training content must correspond to one or more of the objectives of the Security+ exam.
