How to Make Vetiver Water (Heard of the Miraculous Benefits?)

Vetiver water has been an ancient tradition among Indians since ages. It is only recently that we have realized its immense benefits. Used widely during summer months since ages, vetiver is a perennial grass, native to India. Vetiver is very effective for hair growth. Simply mix equal quantities of fenugreek powder and neem powder with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Now add a tablespoon of vetiver water to mix. Ways to Make Vetiver Water?

There are two ways of making vetiver water. Here’s how you can prepare it:

1. Hot Water

Please about a bunch of clean vetiver in a bowl. Now add in hot boiling water, cover the bowl and allow it to infuse for about 2 to 3 hours. The magical and fragrant vetiver water is ready to use.

2. Cold Water

Place a small clean bunch of vetiver in a bowl. Now add a liter of cold water to it. Allow it to steep for 24 hours. The water will be infused with vetiver. You can also add it to the jug of drinking water during summer.
